Kia ora Cashmere Parents and Caregivers,

We would like to continue with our end-of-year tradition of supplying the staff with morning tea, in appreciation for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

The date set for the morning tea this year is Thursday 22 October, before study leave, exams and graduations.

Calling forward any volunteers who would be able to help provide some delicious baked sweet or savoury items. All details on what to offer are in the google form below.

We are also looking for a few volunteers to help us set up from 8 am onwards or tidy up 2pm to 3pm on the day. (Please note the times on the google form)

Dietary requirement items such as Vegan, Gluten Free, Egg free etc options are greatly appreciated.In the note sections, you may write a small note of thanks to the teachers. We will print it out, or you can bring a note in with your food. These will be displayed on a cork board in the staffroom.There are two morning tea sittings, so we really do need plenty of support to make this happen.Please fill out this Google Form via the link below with your intentions.

Please note:

• Your food needs to be dropped off at the school office on the morning of the 22nd October.

• Please ensure any containers that need to be returned to you are named. We will leave them downstairs at reception for you to collect at the end of the day.

• Please label your food if it's gluten-free, vegan, egg free etc.

• If you could prepare the food ready to be served it would be greatly appreciated.
